Other AwardsThe Trust made a major award to The Arkleton Centre towards the development of a new Journal of European Rural Policy Studies. The Centre hopes to be able to publish their first Journal early next year and, in order to assure the quality of the first issue, selected key authors (some drawn from those who attended the 1998/99 Arkleton Seminars) will be asked to prepare articles.Later in the year we contributed towards the National Conference on Climate Change and Economic Development in the South West (of England). The conference is being held on the 28/29 October 1999 and you can find full details of this event on their website which is: www.climatic-challenge.org.uk
